Alicia Nohle, LCSW, LMFT
About me
Hello!
I am a licensed clinical social worker in FL, VA , and UT and a licensed marriage and family therapist in FL. I have worked in various environments in the mental health field for over 18 years. My experience is working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families with concerns including communication difficulties, parenting , relationship conflict, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, and compassion fatigue. I also have specialized experience in autism assessment.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. I believe the most progress is made when you meet a client where they're at and focus on the issues that are a priority for them. It is important to me to establish a safe, open, space where clients are treated with respect and feel comfortable. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based strategies to help guide our sessions. This way we can work together to identify and address the challenges that you are facing so that you can move forward. You have already taken the first step by reaching out and exploring Better Help so congratulations, you are already headed in the right direction! I look forward to getting to know you and helping you continue to move ahead with positive change.

Alicia respects me and understands. She is always telling me what she thinks and then I realize that’s exactly what’s happening to me. Truly an angel.

I've been working with Alicia for a few weeks now and have already seen progress. She's been helping me with parenting advice/issues and the improvement in only a short amount of time is really unbelievable to me. I'm excited to continue to progress with my parenting, and with my other concerns we will discuss in the future.
