Talking to Alissa is like talking to a friend to me. Alissa is the friend that has really great advice that challenges me to think a little harder or outside the box when I am stuck on a problem I can’t let go of. I feel heard and validated when I speak with her. She has put together a “toolbox” for me to help me get through anger, anxiety and depression. She has been a valuable part my healing journey.

Although this is only my second session, I do feel like I can share my thoughts, struggles, opinions, and believe that my therapist is truly trying to help me improve.
