I am very thankful this platform exists, and that there are people out there that can assist with challenges to gaining better mental health. Thanks for the hand up during this challenging time!
Amanda is fantastic at listening and relating to my issues. This helps me feel like I am not alone. She listens well to my concerns and traumas I have gone through without judgement. Amanda also gives me great worksheets to help guide me to working on a more confident me.
Amanda understood my position like no other counselor. She offers me real solutions and I really value what she says.

She’s amazingly considerate and really hears me when I talk about my personal emotional struggles. I feel safe in expressing how I truly feel.
Amanda has been responsive and supportive, providing great balance and measured responses to my concerns. She regularly responds in more than just probing questions but good activities and ways to respond when I’m struggling.
Amanda has been very helpful to me in the moment. She has suggested specific DBT skills to help me navigate events, which have all turned out well thanks to her. I'm very grateful!
I have been working with Amanda for two weeks now and am very happy with how things are going. Amanda has introduced me to ways of addressing my challenges I might never have realized had she not introduced these tools to me. Amanda is very generous with sharing helpful resources and I continue to work with her as I address some of the difficult challenges I face at this time.
Very understanding and grounding! I feel heard with her.
