Amber has been helping me for a couple of years now. Whether it's career changes, family tensions, anxiety, coping with loss, etc., Amber has always had an open ear, offered calming support, and given reliable advice for moving forward. I feel that I've slowly become more and more self aware and she has really taught me how to take a step back, put things into perspective, and figure out what I can and cannot control. Amber is an extraordinary therapist. She listens deeply, asks very thoughtful questions and understands the underlying cause of issues discussed. Her manner is gentle , approachable and calm and her approach is powerfully effective. I have worked through some complex issues with Amber over the last year, and how I experience my life has improved greatly during that time. I feel so very fortunate to have Amber as my therapist and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
