Amy has been so wonderful to connect with. She is caring and kind. Always makes a point to check in with me during the week. All in all, just has helped me tremendously!! I have had lots of twist and turns, but she has been there with me. I appreciate her.

Amy has been a great help already. She’s quick to respond to my messages and always has words of encouragement and advice. She listens and doesn’t judge, and helps put a better perspective on the issues I’m facing. I was afraid to start therapy but having a therapist like Amy has helped make me a lot more comfortable with talking about my issues. We are just getting started but she’s already helping me look at my issues in a better way. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

During my brief time with Amy, she was a very active listener and helped me frame certain concerns and problems in a positive light that helped me start to feel better. Amy gave me some great interactive tools and readings to better understand my emotions and productively work through them.
