Amy has been great in helping me to process the grief and trauma I experienced in an emotionally abusive relationship. Highly recommend her!

This has been the best therapy that I have received. I'm made a lot of progress in the couple of months that I've been meeting with Amy and I'm so grateful for how serious she has taken my trauma. Most therapist's that I have had really haven't taken me seriously and told me that my anxiety would go away with meds and work, but Amy and I have figured out that my anxiety is deeply rooted in my trauma. It's more than generalized anxiety. She's a blessing.

Amy is by far the best therapist I have ever had. Shes listens so closely to EVERYTHING I say, and I can feel through the screen how emotionally intuitive she is. It's admirable. She never makes me feel poorly for my unhealthy coping skills and she's always proud of me for doing my best whilst encouraging improvement.

Amy has helped me understand that my feelings are valid and normal. When I feel like I am over reacting to life’s bumps she helps me understand and to navigate. I’ve not ever in my life understood that certain issues are trauma. I don’t plan on stopping therapy anytime soon as I feel there is still so much work to do but I can’t imagine anyone else guiding me.
