I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Amy has awesome energy. She helps set realistic, attainable goals for the short term to address potential long term issues. Very digestible approach. For me, it’s one step/day at time and Amy has been great thus far!
