Amy has been an angel sent to me at a really pivotal time in my life where I could have chosen two really different paths. She is compassionate, caring, intelligent and intuitive. She is a great listener who asks the right questions to help me go deeper. Amy offers real world reflection and knowledge through things she has experienced along the way and not just something she read in a book. I highly recommend working with Amy! Your life will be changed for the better.

Amy is wonderful. I really got lucky that I connected with her immediately so I didn't have to switch therapists. I've only had 3 sessions but I feel so much better and more cost about my thought and the direction that I need to go.

Amy is one of the kindest and most sincere people I have ever met. Amy creates a safe and supportive environment, remembering things about me even I have forgotten. In my most vulnerable times she helps me to not feel alone, and together we build steps to a better life.
