I have a master's degree in counseling/psychology from Vermont College and I have been a licensed mental health counselor for over 20 years. My therapeutic style includes client-focused, cognitive-behavioral and rational-emotive modalities and I approach each client with the respect and dignity he/she deserves. I have extensive experience in anger management, anxiety, domestic and substance abuse and dealing with issues associated with midlife.
