I have a master's degree in counseling/psychology from Vermont College and I have been a licensed mental health counselor for over 20 years. My therapeutic style includes client-focused, cognitive-behavioral and rational-emotive modalities and I approach each client with the respect and dignity he/she deserves. I have extensive experience in anger management, anxiety, domestic and substance abuse and dealing with issues associated with midlife. Amy has really helped me with processing the past and present. We will continue to work through some more I am sure. She encourages me and gives me little messages through the week.

Amy has helped me tremendously by reminding me to always stay positive. When I started counseling I was in a deep depression and my outlook has dramatically improved. She is also knowledgeable across different topics - now she is helping my husband and I with marriage counseling.
