I think Amy has been very helpful for me this past month. Mostly in her capacity to just listen to me ramble but also to offer some proven methods of addressing some of my issues. I feel heard and the tone of our calls is causal as opposed to feeling to clinical and structured. Overall I think she has been a great fit for me as someone to talk things through with.

I love Amy. She’s a great listener and the worksheets and classes she assigns are spot on.
