Hi and welcome! I am licensed in Alabama with 35 years of professional work experience, mostly including private practice. I have experience in helping clients with stress, balancing mind, body and spirit, grief, anxiety, trauma and past abuse, motivation, self- esteem, codependence (confusion & fear) and confidence, as well as, mild to moderate depression. Facilitating self-love, life-purpose and empowerment is key. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will meet you where you are, really listening on a deep level and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
