Hi and welcome! I am licensed in Alabama with 35 years of professional work experience, mostly including private practice. I have experience in helping clients with stress, balancing mind, body and spirit, grief, anxiety, trauma and past abuse, motivation, self- esteem, codependence (confusion & fear) and confidence, as well as, mild to moderate depression. Facilitating self-love, life-purpose and empowerment is key. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will meet you where you are, really listening on a deep level and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Darlene is extremely supportive and involved in sessions - she keeps track of what your struggles are and what progress you have made. She listens attentively and empathizes with how you feel. She offers strategies to help cope and always responds in a timely manner.
