I was a bit apprehensive about starting therapy but I took the plunge when I was signed off with work stress. I’m so glad that I did and so glad that I got matched with Andrew. He’s really kind, understanding and supportive and put me at ease with the therapy process.
Since starting, he’s helped me get back on my feet after being overburdened by work stress, perfectionism, compassion fatigue and family bereavement. As well as his support in sessions, he has sent me lots of great tools and resources that have really helped me to analyse my issues and behaviours and look inwards to help me understand links with any deeper root causes. Never missed or had to reschedule a session, 10/10, great therapist, lovely person. Would strongly recommend!

This was my first time ever being in therapy and I must say that it has been a wholesome, transformative and fulfilling experience for me. It has made me more self aware and given me more than I expected to get from when I started. My therapist, Andrew has been nothing short of phenomenal as you can never underestimate the value of speaking to someone who can totally relate to everything you’re going through and offer valuable professional advice. I feel a whole lot better than when I started and I am hopeful that this is the beginning of the end of my mental health struggles.
