Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Andrew White. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Andrew takes the time to not only listen, but ask detailed questions in order to fully understand my perspective. He doesn't make assumptions about my feelings or no motivation.
Andrew also holds me accountable to what I say, reminding me of my goals and keeping me from being lax in trying to achieve them. It is incredibly important to be kept accountable when trying to change or improve. I am very thankful to have that from Andrew.

Andrew is an excellent therapist. He strikes a good balance between really listening and hearing what I'm saying on the one hand, and engaging with me to offer intelligently chosen insights from psychology, physiology, and philosophy on the other. I believe one of the key values talk therapy provides is getting to unpack what's in your head for an audience that doesn't have a personal stake in how your life plays out. That doesn't mean I want someone who doesn't care, but it definitely means I want someone who doesn't judge my choices or otherwise impose their own valuation on my life. (I get plenty of that from within, thanks!) Andrew's ability to convey warm interest in my well-being without ever criticizing or judging the thoughts and actions I describe is aspirational. If you're reading this review because you're considering working with him, I absolutely recommend you take a couple of sessions to get to know him.
