I feel like she really cares and listens to me. She’s not all about talk therapy . She actually listens to you and then send you homework for you to do so that you can actually work through your issues not just talk about them. I really like her style and hope to work with her for as long as I need to :)

Anila is very kind and supportive, she has given me tangible tips to start getting over my fears. After only a few sessions has made me feel like I can slowly get better, which feels really good.
