I have been helping individuals to develop healthy relationships with themselves and others for 15 years. My education and training is from University of Southern California School of Social Work. I look forward to helping you work toward your goals. My style is eclectic, meaning that I choose from among different professional skills to meet your specific needs. I am direct and interactive. I enjoy working with individuals who may be challenged by a background of trauma; wrestling with career or personal relationship difficulties; or who are wanting to explore and identify their unique path in life.
I work to create a respectful and emotionally supportive relationship with you in order to promote your understanding of yourself and your place in the world. Ann listens to me like nobody else. It might be about my mom… it might be about my new friend. It might be completely and utterly, 60 minutes of talking about my business. Ann is receptive. She will interrupt and stir it up and make sure that we touch at the root of things. But she is a wonderful, wonderful listener and she has a great intelligence so that she can for my one hour, let me unfold and develop and feel like I’ve been truly hard. It is a gift. There is a magic to that hour, and in the days following I find more and more answers to my own questions.
