About Me

I have been helping individuals to develop healthy relationships with themselves and others for 15 years. My education and training is from University of Southern California School of Social Work. I look forward to helping you work toward your goals. My style is eclectic, meaning that I choose from among different professional skills to meet your specific needs. I am direct and interactive. I enjoy working with individuals who may be challenged by a background of trauma; wrestling with career or personal relationship difficulties; or who are wanting to explore and identify their unique path in life.

I work to create a respectful and emotionally supportive relationship with you in order to promote your understanding of yourself and your place in the world. This collaborative partnership facilitates identification and clarification of personal goals in a safe, dependable environment. The work involves skill-building, setting objectives and monitoring progress toward your goals. Throughout the process we honor and celebrate your unique self.

Ann responds quickly and understands what I am feeling and saying. I appreciate her understanding and warmth, her support as well as her pushing me to think more.

Ann has been wonderful! She is thoughtful and makes a true effort to understand what I am trying to say. She's provided several tools that have allowed me to move forward and past things that have been holding me back.
