Ann-Marie is the supportive yet direct person everyone wants in their lives, while she is compassionate and empathetic she is also very validating but allows for a reality check of sorts. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing support and wanting to really change their lives!

Ann-Marie is the best therapist I’ve ever had. It’s hard to explain that sufficiently. I’m more healed than I ever thought I could be - and we’re still going strong!

Ann-Marie is one of those rare gems who combines decades of expertise and continuous learning with good humor, deep wisdom, and heartfelt compassion. She balances perfectly between no-nonsense reality and boundless mercy. Her spiritual maturity and integration make her an invaluable resource in my journey to wholeness. Very patient with my weird schedule, and caring.

Ann-Marie always shares her experience in ways that make it relatable even when it seems like you can find similarities between vastly different fields. She listens, and is honest, she's offered a lot of helpful suggestions for different challenges I've been dealing with, and in the time we've been working together I feel like I've had a better grasp on things. She's kind, and super supportive as well!
