I’ve only had one session so far with Anna but in that one hour , I felt I was able to unroof a lot of things I’ve been either suppressing or nothing be truthful with myself about . She takes time to listen and she doesn’t respond just to say she hears you . Her responses hold intention and allow me to hear heard while also learning to ask myself more important questions. She’s a beautiful spirit and I look forward to more sessions with her in the future
