I support clients who are experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, trauma and survivors of domestic violence and victims of crime. I have also supported and advocated for many people in the LGBTQI+ community.
My therapy style is interactive, supportive and intuitive. I pay attention to what is said as well as what is not said. While in my care, you are treated with respect, compassion, and without judgement. This is your journey--I will support you, but you remain in the drivers seat.
My approach is mostly cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based. However, there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. I will tailor the approach to meet your specific needs.
