Annie has gentle manner that helps with engagement and disclosure of painful thoughts and feelings. She can always find another angle or perspective that challenges what had been considered to be fact. Thank you.

Annie has listening and communicated with me after my journal entries. I think they help as I'm not sure what direction I'm going, everything is so messy. It helps Annie to steer our sessions.

I have been working with Annie for the last eight months and have found her to be very calm, pleasant and a good listener. She avoids telling her patients what to do and prefers to guide them towards their own answers. I feel that I have achieved significant growth and understanding of myself and others. I like the strong emphasis on self-care and healing so that we can move from a state of freeze, fright or flight to a state of calmer introspection and more compassion for ourselves and others. I’m still struggling with anger, frustration and sadness but I look forward to my sessions with Annie every week. She’s a delightful human being and very good at her job.

I've been doing therapy with Annie for 2 months now and have felt safe and supported with her since the first session. I like her gentle but direct approach. She gives plenty of space to let my own thoughts develop, and asks the right questions at the right time and offers useful and thoughtful insights where appropriate without overstepping.

I really struggle to open up and connect with therapists and have found it the complete opposite with Annie. 100% would recommend!!!
