I can speak to her as if she is a friend and that helps me be open and honest with myself. She encourages me explore my thoughts and feelings and helps me understand the what and why behind them. I have been working with her for about six months now and I’ve never felt this good about my mental state.

In a sentence: She works hard to get "it" right! -- No "educated guessing" or general sensing what is going on with me. She asks and checks; and yes, probes to make sure she is addressing real issues. I am seen!
