Dr. Schefstad is a great listener, and seems to be in tune with where I’m at and where I want to be.

Listens well, clarifies and then moves into information and options. I am grateful for his time, expertise and thoughtfulness. Thank you.

Dr. Schefstad makes me feel very comfortable and able to talk about anything that is on my mind. He gives me the tools I need to try to help myself away from our sessions

Dr. Schefstad is incredible, wonderful, and patient. I have felt a huge difference with how I react emotionally and how I process situations after working with Dr. Schefstad over the last year. Others have noticed a positive difference as well.
I appreciate that Dr. Schefstad gives me different tools to use to deal with my negative thoughts. I have tried other therapists and why Dr. Schefstad works best for me is that there is a great balance of him listening to me, challenging my thoughts, and giving me other ways to look at situations. I struggle with depression, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. It can be overwhelming. But working with Tony, I feel encouraged and capable and that I will continue to get better.
I highly recommend Tony!

Anthony is a genuine, nuanced and empathetic observer, who can pick out relevant pieces and reframe them in a clear way. This enables the work to have more focus and to get tried against inner truths that are trying to emerge.
