Written on Feb 05, 2024 after therapy with Antoinette for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, eating disorders, self esteem, and anger management

I enjoy my sessions with Antoinette Allen. I didn't know what to expect beginning therapy, so I went in slow at first and spoke generally. She sent me handouts to read that have helped me a lot. I get to go over them as much as I want and they give both good and bad examples of my actions and I'm able to make better decisions because of it. I look forward to my next session.
