Antoinette Walters, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 7 years of experience providing therapy and more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and social services. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and difficulties with self-esteem and confidence. I am especially passionate about supporting women navigating burnout, caregiving responsibilities, relationship concerns, people-pleasing, boundaries, and major life changes.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should provide a supportive space where you can feel heard while also gaining practical tools to better understand patterns, manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. Together, we will identify what is getting in the way of the life you want and build on the strengths you already possess to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
