I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 29 years of professional experience working with individuals, couples, and group therapy. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, abuse history, and domestic violence survivors and perpetrators. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a good listener and a very patient human. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change.
