April was kind, timely, and eager to problem-solve. She was prepared with resources to help. My one note is her eagerness to search for my core issue meant I was cut off a couple of times and she did a lot of talking. It’s important to read the room. There is a time for advice and there is a time to listen. I guess I should have been more clear that some of the session I needed to clear my head.

Her pleasant, practical and easy-going presence makes it easy to share with her, and she is always willing to explore your concerns. She also does a good job of aiming most of her questions and insights within the framework of the clinical tool set that she offers to help you address those issues.

April is a great therapist and really takes the time to listen. I was going through a very stressful/sad period in my life and she really took the time to understand my concerns/needs and advised the tools I should use to help me feel better and stay more grounded. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs someone to help them through a hardship in their life or just needs a professional opinion on your situation.
