As a UK-accredited psychotherapist, I provide a space that moves beyond symptom management toward true clinical depth. My work is rooted in Psychodynamic theory, helping individuals and couples understand the underlying patterns that shape their relationships and emotional lives.
Having worked extensively with the "Polyglot Heart" within the London and Singapore expat communities, I offer therapy in English, French, and Greek. I am particularly interested in how our native languages hold our earliest emotional experiences and how "language switching" can be a powerful tool in the therapeutic process.
Beyond the Platform
In addition to my work here, I am the lead clinician at the Online Therapy Clinic, where I regularly publish clinical reflections on topics such as Parental Couple dynamics and the move from "Platform Therapy" to long-term private practice. My goal is to provide a "Holding Environment" that supports sustainable psychic growth.
