Dr. K seems to completely understand my concerns, and since this is still a relatively new experience for me, we have not discussed solutions just yet.

Arras is a true God send. As a woman, it’s a blessing to interact with a male therapist who exude true sense of emotional intelligence. I appreciate that I can really express my feelings and cry without feeling ashamed. Arras does a wonderful job providing reassurance and also resources to assist my needs. All in all, I don’t feel rushed or left unanswered/unsure after each session. I’m grateful that Better Help set me up with Arras
