Reaching out for help shows strength and resilience, and my goal is to work with you as a partner in your healing to make sure those qualities help you move forward. Whether you are struggling with making sense of the past, worries about the future, or feeling settled in your current life, I will work with you to set concrete goals, identify barriers, and create meaning and purpose in your life. I have worked in a variety of settings, and can help you learn skills to process challenging life experiences, identify and change negative thinking, and manage intense emotions.
My background and experiences make me best suited for working with individual adults who are ready to an active participate in their therapy. I specialize in stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I use a mix of Cognitive-Behavioral and Acceptance-based approaches, always coming from a trauma-informed perspective.
