My name is Ashley Kesraoui. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Illinois with 7 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages (2-75), ethnicities, and socio-economic groups. I have experience with trauma therapy, the foster care system, depression and anxiety issues, family therapy, and daily life and family stressors.
I am experienced in many counseling techniques with my main approaches being the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approaches. I like to meet clients wherever they are in life. I view each client as an individual with their own unique needs and goals for therapy. I feel it is important to understand how our thinking and our actions work together and then we can use both to help us cope with our life circumstances and reach the goals we set for ourselves.
I look forward to working with you!

I have talked to Ashley longterm and I believe she is the best I have had in all my years. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. One of the most approachable counselors you could meet. Ashley is easy to talk to and she takes your struggles seriously. She will also offer as many resources as you could possibly need.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs compassion and validation.

Ashley is the best therapist I've ever had. She understands the issues that I have, my physical and mental health problems. She has supported me through difficult things and helped me navigate a new relationship without making all the same mistakes I usually make. I have been seeing her consistently for almost six months. She consistently has room for me in her schedule. I have gotten much stronger in the last six months. Better Help has been a better experience than in person therapy was for me.
