My name is Ashley Kesraoui. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Illinois with 7 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages (2-75), ethnicities, and socio-economic groups. I have experience with trauma therapy, the foster care system, depression and anxiety issues, family therapy, and daily life and family stressors.
I am experienced in many counseling techniques with my main approaches being the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approaches. I like to meet clients wherever they are in life. I view each client as an individual with their own unique needs and goals for therapy. I feel it is important to understand how our thinking and our actions work together and then we can use both to help us cope with our life circumstances and reach the goals we set for ourselves.
I look forward to working with you!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for ASHLEY KESRAOUI. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She is super awesome I feel like she genuinely cares about me.and my mental health. I look forward to talking to her and feel better after I do. Ashley is a bad ass thank you!!
Never feel comfortable talking about things with anyone but with Ashley I do. So glad I found her.
She's really nice and willing to offer you different solutions, or just to listen to you complain and hold space
My life has completely changed for the better since starting therapy and working with Ashley. Better Help has also been so amazing every time I have a question or need help they’ll work it out.
I've been working with Ashley for 3 weeks now and we've touched on more things in these 3 weeks than the 6 months I was with my previous therapist that was not apart of this platform. Love this app and I really like Ashley's expertise so far!
I usually am hesitant with younger female counselor s. Ashley has completely changed that. She is amazing. Unlike every other one, she never makes me feel like I have to comfort her, is extremely professional, listens and gives me extremely profound insights every session that are life changing
She is awesome.
Ashley is the best!! A few sessions in and she is helping me change my life. ILY ASHLEY
She’s an amazing help. She’s helped me with my confidence, self esteem, and anger issues.
Ashley has been a tremendous help so far. She has given me sound advice, and gave me exercises to do to make sure my mental health is doing good and to better understand my own emotions
Ashley has been a great help. She is very responsive and has listened to everything I have shared. She has then provided great help in addressing any items of need. This has been a great experience.
Ashley is the best therapist I've ever had. She understands the issues that I have, my physical and mental health problems. She has supported me through difficult things and helped me navigate a new relationship without making all the same mistakes I usually make. I have been seeing her consistently for almost six months. She consistently has room for me in her schedule. I have gotten much stronger in the last six months. Better Help has been a better experience than in person therapy was for me.
As of today, I've only had one session with Ashley, but so far so good!
I appreciate Ashley's flexibility and willingness to work with me in a way that meets my needs. She doesn't impose her own views and is open to feedback. She's doing a great job.
Ashley has been great! She makes the most of our 30-minute sessions. It does not take long for me to feel safe and understood enough to share what is really bothering me. The resources she provides after meetings are always helpful and she is quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have between sessions.
Ashley is the first effective therapist I’ve had. She communicates well and always has something new to try when past coping methods stop working.
Ashley has been the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is intelligent, responsive and very respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a skilled therapist!
I look forward to my sessions with Ashley because she offers great insight and feedback and I feel like she really understands me and my situation. She also provides helpful additional material that I can work through between sessions.
