Ashley is very understanding to what I’m going through and she makes me feel like I have a safe outlet when I’m going through some thing or even just need somebody to vent to. She gives me positive reinforcement that I need, but she is also very understanding to different circumstances. I haven’t been with her long, but she has made me feel better and more open than several other therapists/people have in the past.

Ashley is very understanding and easy to connect with! Her advice on how to manage anxiety and depression has been extremely helpful in becoming my better self! She is very personable and down to earth which makes opening up and talking about my issues less stressful. I highly recommend!!

Ashley is amazing. The first time I spoke with her she made me feel comfortable, she let me know there was no judgment and that meant so much to me. She takes the time out to check in on me. I'm so glad she's my therapist. I've talked about her to several people and one of my friends wants Ashley for her therapist. I feel like I can be myself with her and that I can tell her anything.

I love Ashley!! I was so nervous about starting therapy, it’s not something I ever thought I’d need. We haven’t gotten into a ton yet, but she’s so considerate and a great person to talk to when you need it.
