Although I have just started working with Ashley I have the sense that she has a really good understanding of me and is more proactive that therapists I have had in the past. Giving practical things to work on and working towards a better understanding of what I need and applying that to our sessions and homework. A+

Ashley is so genuine! From our first interaction, I felt like I knew her and I could be my authentic, unfiltered self. She is very supportive of me and my goals. By far the best therapy experience I’ve had!

I’ve only had one session with Ashley so far, but I felt that she was very attentive and listen to my name and also responded with questions that made me think more of what I needed to be working on. I like that we can have video sessions it’s a time saver for sure!

It is a hard thing to have to admit when you have issues. Ashley made it easy for me to open up and really explore the issues I am really struggling with.
