About me

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't always change difficult situations, past or present, we can work together to heal the scars of the past, eliminate negative self-beliefs, and explore new possibilities. I can help you to better understand and resolve day-to-day challenges as well as discover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma to name a few. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have training specific to working with Veterans and public safety (police, file and EMS) as well as their families. I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Audra D'Eliso. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Audra has been my therapist longer than any therapist I've ever had. She responds in between sessions with thoughtful advice, holding me accountable to my goals and the issues I've been dealing with. Audra doesn't judge some of my weird thoughts. When I've been on vacation, I still was able to have sessions, and even if I don't have sessions, I can write to her, and usually within 48 hours, I will get a response. It's helpful to me to have that feedback during the time in between sessions. I really lucked out. Thank you!

I have had therapy before but not as effective as with Audra. She knows how to challenge me and keep me moving forward without closing down communication channels and sensitivity. That makes her very effective in helping me get unstuck with PTSD. I have been able to move past initial trauma to going out, getting an emotional support dog, and working. We are not done but awesome work in about 6 months!
