About me

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't always change difficult situations, past or present, we can work together to heal the scars of the past, eliminate negative self-beliefs, and explore new possibilities. I can help you to better understand and resolve day-to-day challenges as well as discover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma to name a few. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have training specific to working with Veterans and public safety (police, file and EMS) as well as their families. I believe that we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.

I have enjoyed our conversations and my development throughout this process. She has helped me so much and I know there’s a lot of work to go through is this develops.

Audra is extremely kind and listens without judgement. She makes me feel capable of more after every session. I look forward to every session knowing that I have a safe place to grow and evolve as my best version of me. I'm finally looking forward to my future again even if my present is a mess.

Audra is awesome. She is very good at switching gears and topics. She is constantly sending good reading material when we aren’t in a session to help you think and cope with what you’re going through. Highly recommend her.

I feel so lucky to have been paired with Audra on a first try. I have friends that have said finding a therapist that worked well with them and their needs was a journey. Working with Audra has been such a positive experience and I feel so much growth since I started. She is so skilled at her craft that it feels Iike talking with a friend while also gaining the necessary tools for healing and progression. I look forward to our sessions because I know I’m going to end it better than I started. She is a gifted therapist and I would and have highly recommended her to anyone in need of one, which let’s be honest, that’s all of us.
