About me

I am a counselor licensed in Michigan with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I also have experience with manifesting for abundance, and energy work.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I currently offer appointments for sessions Monday-Thursday daytime and Saturday and Sunday morning appointments. I do have messaging that I use on a daily basis in between our sessions as well, and I check messages twice a day and will get back with you as soon as possible.

I look forward to working with you!

I have worked with Audrey for about a month. She is kind, funny, and a good listener. She has helped me come up with better skills when dealing with my teenagers. I had a goal to be more in control of how I react to a situation and she has certainly helped me do that.
