I am licensed in Wisconsin as a professional counselor with nearly 20 years of experience. I help clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression—all of the life challenges that throw us off course. I have found it important to bring a holistic approach to care and well-being, recognizing the synergistic relationship of body, mind, spirit. I offer respect, sensitivity, and compassion, recognizing and honoring the uniqueness of your personal journey. Our work together will be strength-based, collaborative, and experiential—designed to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage.
