Belinda is kind, listens to all that I have to say, and provides helpful insight to help me process what I'm feeling in a healthy, positive, and encouraging way. Probably like most people, there are days that I don't want to face my therapy session, but I'm always glad when I do. I've grown a lot in my therapy in the past 7 months, and had success in my fight against a process addiction, and much of it is thanks to therapy with Belinda.

Belinda is a life safer! I’ve been seeing her since the summer and she is incredible. It was my first exposure to therapy in my life and I never knew how much I needed it until I started with her. She gave me tools that I can take every where and gave me significant perspective on things that I never had previously. I’ve come such a long way since when we started and I owe a lot to her.

Belinda is incredible. I've made more progress in six months than I thought possible to make in a lifetime of therapy. I'd recommend her to anyone!
