She really jelly me cope and learn new coping strategies. Although I feel like I’m all better now, I can’t seem to cancel the session.

Benita has been such a pleasure to work with. I have benefited greatly from speaking with her, I definitely feel a lot more in control of my life since we’ve started speaking. Our sessions always give me a boost of positivity, reminding me that all will be well in my life if I keep moving forward with intention. If I knew I could find a counselor like Benita I would have started therapy years ago!

Benita is an effective therapist. She not only listens but hears my concerns. She demonstrates that she understands the challenges of dealing with a narcissistic person in a work environment and has offered advice that fits the situational context.

I am very grateful to have Benita helping me through this time in my life. She is really helping understand years of bad behavior that I was extremely scared to uncover. I would definitely recommend her as a therapist to friends.

For 2 years I was on the fence about being in talk therapy again, but Covid 19 is here and it felt like a necessary move. I have a history of PTSD it is good to have someone to reach out to. I immediately felt comfortable and validated in speaking with Benita and therapy does not feel so daunting anymore.
