Hello. I am a clinical mental health counselor who is licensed in multiple states and have 6 years of experience as a counselor. I use an eclectic approach to counseling as I believe each and every person is unique and requires their own style of counseling and learning. I have worked with individuals ranging from crisis to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, relationship issues, trauma, and family concerns. I have worked with troubled children and their families.
I truly believe that the body, mind, emotions, and spirituality are all interconnected and in order to get the best results possible, you have to examine all areas of a persons life to help balance out their needs.
My counseling style is also eclectic in that I can match the approach to the needs of my client. I believe in treating everyone with respect and strive to always do the best I can to help my clients. I see each person as an individual and understand that each person has their own perspectives and understandings of their environment, allowing me to individualize each meeting we have together.
It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to help you in anyway I can to help you through your life journey.

Ben is freaking amazing! He helped me identify my areas of weaknesses and helped me work on them. I’ve gone through several therapists and he’s exceptionally wonderful!
Benjamin is so awesome! He listened, took time to listen to all of my concerns, and has really helped me come up with a game plan to work on my mental well-being.
Ben has been a great resource of information, support and guidance. I didn't know what I really expected from the process of counselling but it has far exceeded my expectations.
He is very quick to respond, consistently available and has really given me the confidence that I have the support I need to tackle tough conversations.
I would recommend better help and Ben to anyone looking for support.
I had a great first meeting with Benjamin. I am looking forward to our future sessions.
I have been talking to Benjamin for the past few months and he has been very helpful for my anxiety and stress and general mood in a particularly tense period in my life. He listens, is very respectful and makes you feel at ease while providing useful tips to manage everyday life situations.
Benjamin Jensen is alert, sensitive, and attentive to my issues and my feelings of the moment. Thank you for your recommendations to take care of me.
I have had bad experiences with therapy help. Benjamin was the opposite of that. He exceeded my expectations and created a safe space. He is very knowledgable and knows how to help. I highly recommend him!
Benjamin Jensen has been awesome at helping me with developing skills to manage my anxiety. He is very knowledgeable and has a great approach to his counseling.
Ben has helped me through my metamorphosis of my life as I was dragging my ass out of Virginia to Utah and helping me to become a better person. Through those sessions that I have had with him, he has helped me love myself unconditionally and I cannot pay a price high enough that would show how grateful I am to him. The only price I can pay is my gratitude and my friendship he is an incredible human being and I will always be grateful for him. I could not go through all of these life changes without him. He has accepted me, loved me, and supported me throughout what I consider the hardest and most challenging period of my life and yet, it has been the most rewarding. He has augmented how rewarding my life changes have been. Thank you Ben! You know who I am
Benjamin helped me see how o looked at self value and abs how to look at my qualities within rather than compare what I have and have not accomplished. I initially seemed out counseling to help with my spending money habits and addiction. I’be learned that my spending habits strongly associated with how I saw my value in worldly things. Thank you so much!
I feel extremely comforted and understood by Ben. His questions, ways of breaking down complex thought, emotion, and behavior into day to day action, and his coping strategies of how to view life through a different lens have made a huge impact after only a few sessions. Highly recommend!
I've been bouncing from therapist to therapist for over two years now. This is the first time I feel like I am collaborating with a therapist on my mental health. I truly feel like I have an advocate who is helping me live according to my own values. Highly recommend!!
