Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but working with Bethany has been truly life-changing. From the very beginning, she met me with compassion, empathy, and absolutely no judgment. She has an incredible ability to listen in a way that makes you feel fully heard and understood.
What sets Bethany apart is her balance of deep care and meaningful accountability. She doesn’t just validate feelings, she helps you grow through them. At the lowest point in my life, when everything felt overwhelming and it was difficult to see any personal value at all, she helped me navigate an intense crisis with steadiness and care. More importantly, she guided me toward rediscovering my own worth when I couldn’t find it on my own.
I am filled with gratitude for the role she has played in my journey. Bethany’s presence, insight, and commitment to her clients make a lasting difference.

Bethany is so sweet and comforting and that makes it really easy to open up to her. She’s very calm and gives me so many great tools to use outside of therapy.

Bethany has been essential in my healing journey and helps me become grounded again when I have a dip in my healing. She checked in on me when I had to cancel a session at the last minute. She is so great!!
