I feel so comfortable talking with Dr. Taylor. She always encourages me and promotes my independence. She focuses on my strengths and helps me improve my weaknesses. She helps me with my anxiety and has a "glass half-full" mentality.

I have recommended Better Help to several people. I recommended Dr. Beverley Taylor to two dear friends. In a few short months, she has helped me learn how to manage and minimize anxiety and has given me insights about handling communication better with my spouse. Most if all, she has helped me to see all the positive things about myself and see parts that I can grow in.

I give her 10 out of 10!
