About me

I am licensed in North Carolina with 13 years of professional work experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and over 19 years experience working in the mental health profession. I hold certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Dual Diagnosis Specialist. I have experience working with ages 5 and up with various emotional and behavioral challenges. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflict, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. I also have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
