Brenda has been such a support when I experienced high anxiety and change in life. She provided a safe space, reassurance, and a listening ear. As a mental health professional, talking to someone like Brenda, who understands the obstacles one faces while working in the mental health field, was helpful to my own work. I highly recommend Brenda's services!
