After sharing what needed to be discussed prior to our first session, I was confident Brenda had a good idea of what was going on. Our first session flowed as if we were two friends sitting down to discuss my life problems. She listened so well and gave me great feedback and I look forward to working together.

Talking to Brenda was always the highlight of my week! She is incredible at listening and then asking deeper questions to help pinpoint where my trauma started. If you're looking for someone to help process family issues or failed relationships, I highly recommend her. What a gem of a human. 10/10

Brenda is a masterful therapist. She is a great listener and is naturally analytical. Because of this, she reads her clients well and gives fantastic suggestions, many of which I’ve put into practice with great success.
