About Me
Hello! My name is Bridgez Beardall. I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a therapist for over the past five years working with individuals as young as seven years old up to individuals in their seventies with everything in between! I received my Master's in Education Degree (M.Ed) from the University of Utah in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and attending Westminster College for my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
I approach therapy with the mindset that you are the expert in your own life and hope to work together with you to navigate the different challenges you are experiencing and work to modify my approach for each person by recognizing you as the unique individual you are. I specialize in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self esteem issues, and emotional regulation. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I would be honored to join you on your therapy journey together. As Linda Ellerbee said, “What I like most about change is that it’s a synonym for “hope.” If you are taking a risk, what you are really saying is, “I believe in tomorrow and I will be part of it.”

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Bridgez Beardall. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Bridgez is an active listener and provides feedback that she feels is in my best interest. It is nice to talk to someone that doesn’t take sides and has an open mind.
Never responded after her initial cut and paste message.
It’s been a very rough week and I would have appreciated any kind of support, at all.
She is great she doesn't push too hard and let's me get to my point without feeling rushed. She has lots of ideas on things to try to help cope and deal with issues.
She is wonderful and very attentive. The kind of therapist you hope to be matched with. She helps create an environment you feel comfortable in and can open up about anything.
She’s the best
She is very helpful with all my concerns, and helps me come up with goals or things I can do to improve my life and outlook.
I haven't been working with Bridgez for very long, but I have enjoyed our sessions thus far. I talk A LOT and tend to ramble on and sometimes forget where I was going with a story. Bridgez has been great in pinpointing what I was trying to get across, offering support and/or suggestions on how I can improve a situation or thoughts.
