I absolutely love Brittany. She offers a variety of ways to keep in touch with her and her response times are always fast. She's a great listener and has a great way of making me feel heard but also challenging me to look at things deeper. She gives me the tools I need to not only work on what's in front of me but use those tools over and over so that I keep moving forward and not stuck or moving backwards.

Brittany has been quite the blessing for me. She has challenged my thinking and isn't afraid of digging for the root cause behind what I'm feeling. Her professionalism, yet down to earth style eases any tension I have about what the future holds. I would HIGHLY recommend Brittany!!

“If I had to go through therapy with anyone else, I probably wouldn’t do it. Having a therapist who speaks to me authentically — who understands the real version of me while gently challenging my false beliefs and distorted thinking — truly means a lot.”

I have been in therapy on and off in my life since I was really young. I was very nervous to come back to therapy after my last therapist retired and I have had some poor experience that didn't help me. Brittany is making me think and talk though things.

Trusting her is the best decision i could have ever chose for myself. I genuinely can’t scream my praises loud enough for how amazing she is at what she does!
