I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Oklahoma. I have worked with individual's, families and couples in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career challenges, trauma and more.
My therapy style is warm, direct, empowering and interactive. I believe in treating all people with respect, compassion, and equality. Specific therapy models utilized will depend on needs and be individualized to address your particular goals.

Brittany has been a pleasure to work with. She actively listens to my concerns and is good at discerning what I’m trying to say when words don’t seem to find me. She offers solutions and provides great outside resources to review in between sessions. Brittany is kind and personable; she makes it easy to open up and have a real conversation without feeling judged. I genuinely appreciate her and have enjoyed working with her.

I have been with Brittany for a little over a year and I can't believe what a difference it has made in my life. While I still struggle with anxiety and depression, I feel so much more equipped to deal with it. Scary feelings don't bother me like they used to because Brittany has taught me so many tools for dealing with my thoughts and emotions. I feel like I have a better understanding of who I am and what I want from life. And anything I am unsure of seems less overwhelming for me now that I have a trusted therapist to walk me through the tough times.
