I am licensed as Clinical Counselor in the State Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Texas as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NCC). I received my PhD from the University of Cincinnati in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2022 as well as a Master of Science in Education in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2016. I have 10 years of professional work experience which includes individual, group, and team therapy and consulting with adolescents, young adults, adults, athletes, and coaches who present with various concerns such as depression, grief, anxiety, performance anxiety, trauma, multicultural concerns, identity, finding balance, life transition, career development, self esteem and motivation.

Dr. Collins has been incredibly helpful with helping me connect the dots. I appreciate her giving me the space to speak without interruption and offering another perspective to a situation. When I reflect upon my sessions, I feel I have more and more tools to help me get to a place where I can ultimately feel free.

Dr. Collins is absolutely amazing! She definitely gives you better help. She is always on time to appointments. She receives what you are saying and gives grounded information to best support your needs and goals. She creates a space for you to be your most authentic self. The atmosphere is helpful, honest, and not overbearing. I’ve never looked forward to any appointments, but these real talks that I have with Dr. Collins are it! I am constantly learning and growing.
