About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Clinical Supervisor in the State of Arkansas, Minnestota, and Nebraska. I have been in practice for the past 17 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and i have treated a wide variety of clients with various mental health issues. While i use a holistic approach to treatment and take into consideration the context and other factors that are going on within the life of the individual, there are a variety of treatment modalities that I apply in my sessions. Some of the treatment methodologies that I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and Gestalt therapy.

My experience with Brittany is by far the best I've had with a therapist to date and I have had 4 other therapists. Thank you Brittany!

Brittany has been so helpful in the few months we have been working together. She is an amazing listener and asks good questions, being empathetic while still helping me to consider other perspectives or options. She has given me a lot of practical tips in terms of managing my anxiety and, in particular, setting boundaries with my work. I really enjoy meeting with Brittany every week and would highly recommend her.

Brittany has already been such a massive help for me in the short time I’ve spent working with her. I’ve been to at least 20 therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists in my life and nothing has compared to the progress I’ve made with Brittany. I go to bed at night now with a feeling of peace that I haven’t had in over 17 years and it’s all because of the help I’ve received from Brittany.
