Bryan helped me to identify and correct behaviors that weren't serving me or my relationships with other people. He taught me new coping mechanisms, ways of changing my own behavior to influence my relationships in positive ways, and helped me see areas where I could (and did) improve. He is a patient and empathetic listener and seemed to really understand the root of the issues I was dealing with. It is always a pleasure to talk with him; he is professional and kind, and made me feel comfortable sharing things I don’t talk about with other people. I would absolutely recommend Bryan to others seeking therapy.

Bryan listens and allowed for a chance to just vent. He expressed his sincerest concern while acknowledging many of my past as difficult. What stood out the most is his empathetic sentiments to some injustices by letting me know “I’m not responsible nor accountable for how some people treated me in those difficult times.” He has worked off this philosophy he has set for me and often uses the word “invite” to gauge my reflection to the situation and practice good measures to work through some of these matters patiently and 1 at a time.
