About me

Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of professional experience working with individuals, couples and families seeking counseling and clinical case management. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. My professional practice areas have included working with individuals and families, often with court- related, criminal justice and/or child welfare involvement. I have experience working with clients who are navigating thoughts and feelings of depression, anxiety, shame, anger, and grief.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming life challenges. My practice philosophy is rooted in meeting a person where they are at and empowering them to make changes in their life at a pace that is comfortable for them. Through a Person-In-Environment approach, with a short-term, integrated use of Client Centered, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities, I hope to support you in creating that path to the life experience you want.

I look forward to working with you!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Caitlin DiFiore. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Caitlin is wonderfully insightful, present, and engaging. She really understands what I bring into our sessions and is well versed in many topic areas and modalities that align with my progress needs. She is also very compassionate and gives you just the right amount of expectation to take charge and achieve your goals. I feel very lucky to be working with her as my therapist and would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a humistic and mindful approach.

Caitlin is one of the kindest, most thoughtful therapists I have had the pleasure to work with! She does a great job of remembering so many tiny details about my life and the people in it, and she crafts very smart ways for me to challenge myself that fit with my personality and lifestyle

Caitlin is a very understanding and helpful therapist. I have only been seeing her for a few weeks and I already feel so much better. We got right into the meat of it and I appreciate how she speaks to me. 10/10 would recommend.
