I am three weeks into therapy for the very first time and I don't think another therapist would have made me keep up with it. Dr. Singletary is very kind, understanding, and gentle yet direct, which I didn't know I needed. She is very affirming and knowledgeable.

Caitlin is the best. Thoughtful, responsive, and very knowledgeable as well as professional. She’s also willing to work with me scheduling wise if I have conflicts. Caitlin really makes me feel like I’m more than just a job, but someone she’s invested in helping learn healthy skills and tools to navigate challenges. I’d recommend her highly.
