About me

I am Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years experience. I graduated with a master's degree in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University, a CACREP accredited university. I have held counseling positions working with young adults, children and families, adults with mental health diagnoses and life concerns, and women specific issues, including addiction and relationship issues. These experiences and clients allowed me to work in various settings such as at homes, outpatient, and residential treatment. I believe that your therapy is led by you and your needs- you know yourself best and I am simply here to assist you.

In working with my clients I use modalities that focus on your power over your own thoughts and feelings. I also highlight the messages that have carried us through our lives that work for you or are no longer working for you. Through exploring different areas of your life you identify your strengths to build on and coping skills you already have that work, in addition to creating new skills. I strive to be compassionate, open, and direct with you. It is important to me that you feel comfortable with me and are also getting what you are looking for as we work together.

Successful experiences with counseling can be achieved in many different forms and I work through, mainly, video and live chat. Counseling should fit your needs. I look forward to working with you to provide support and guidance.

Callie is a great therapist who will listen and not judge. She is a friend, a support pillar, and someone who will be blunt and honest with you. I would probably have her as my therapist for the rest of my life

I love Callie. One of my main issues when going to therapy was I felt like I was being judged by the therapist. However Callie is professional as well as patient and kind. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with anything!
