About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging transitions. My work in a hospital setting centered on helping people navigate, acute and chronic illness, grief, loss, and bereavement. I've developed expertise in addressing healthy and sustainable weight loss by focusing on changing and challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors around weight. I also work with people who are navigating age related challenges, be them for themselves or as caregivers to loved ones.
I bring compassion and presence to every session, creating a space where you can explore your feelings without judgment. Whether you're grieving a significant loss, wrestling with body image and food, or facing a major life transition, I'm here to walk alongside you with understanding and skill.
My approach is grounded in genuine care and a commitment to honoring your unique experience. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I'm honored to be part of your journey toward greater peace and wholeness.
